ANNOTATIONS
Repeals. — Laws 1991, ch. 25, § 36 repealed 9-7-13 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 253, § 76, relating to exemptions of the environmental improvement board from the authority of the secretary of health and environment, effective March 29, 1991.
