Pursuant to Section 21-1-26.9 NMSA 1978, the board of regents of the university of New Mexico is authorized to create an off-campus instructional center in Valencia county.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2015, ch. 178 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
