ANNOTATIONS
Repeals. — Laws 1981, ch. 300, § 9 repealed 24-3A-1 to 24-3A-13 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1978, Chapter 104, the Certificate of Need Act, effective July 1, 1983.
