Article 15 - Fruit and Vegetable Standards
Section 76-15-15 - License fees; bonds.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 76-15-15 (2021)
The fees and bonds required under the Produce Marketing Act shall be established by the department of agriculture in an amount not to exceed:

| Dealer | $50.00 | $50,000 |
