Section 76-11-20 - Cooperation with other agencies.

The department may cooperate with and enter into agreements with other state agencies, other states and agencies of the federal government to carry out the provisions of the New Mexico Fertilizer Act.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2013, ch. 112 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2013, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
