Article 10 - Solid Waste Authority
Section 74-10-15 - Conduct of election.

An election held pursuant to the Solid Waste Authority Act shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Local Election Act [Chapter 1, Article 22 NMSA 1978].

ANNOTATIONSThe 2019 amendment, effective April 3, 2019, provided that an election held pursuant to the Solid Waste Authority Act shall be conducted pursuant to the Local Election Act"; and deleted "in the manner provided by the laws of the state for the conduct of general elections" and added "pursuant to the provisions of the Local Election Act".
