Section 61-36-1 - Short title.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 61-36-1 (2021)
Sections 1 through 6 [61-36-1 to 61-36-6 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Lactation Care Provider Act".

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 136 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2017, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
