ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 2011, ch. 85, § 11 repealed 61-29-19 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1978, ch. 203, § 2, relating to the termination of agency life, effective July 1, 2011. For provisions of former section, see the 2010 NMSA 1978 on NMOneSource.com.
Laws 2011, ch. 30, § 8, effective June 17, 2011, also amended 61-29-19 NMSA 1978 by changing the termination, operation and repeal dates. The section was set out as repealed by Laws 2011, ch. 85, § 11. See 12-1-8 NMSA 1978.
