Section 6-32-1 - Short title.

Chapter 6, Article 32 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Small Business Recovery and Stimulus Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2021 amendment, effective March 3, 2021, changed the name of the "Small Business Recovery Act of 2020" to the "Small Business Recovery and Stimulus Act"; changed "Section 1 through 7 of this act" to "Chapter 6, Article 32 NMSA 1978", after "Recovery", added "and Stimulus", and after "Act", deleted "of 2020".
