Section 57-12B-1 - Short title.

Chapter 57, Article 12B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Privacy Protection Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2005 amendment, effective January 1, 2006, changed the reference to the Privacy Protection Act to the NMSA 1978 designation.
