Article 15 - Day Laborer
Section 50-15-1 - Short title.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 50-15-1 (2021)
Sections 1 through 7 [5-15-1 to 5-15-7 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Day Laborer Act".

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 257 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
