Section 47-3-1 - Short title.

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 47-3-1 (2021)

Sections 47-3-1 through 47-3-5 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Solar Rights Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 2007 amendment, effective June 15, 2007, changed the statutory reference to the act.
