Section 40-12-1 - Short title.

Chapter 40, Article 12 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Domestic Relations Mediation Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, changed the reference of the act to the chapter and article of NMSA 1978.
