Section 30-33A-1 - Short title.

This act [30-33A-1 to 30-33A-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Telecommunications Service Theft Act".

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 1997, ch. 50 contains no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, the Telecommunications Service Theft Act is effective June 20, 1997, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
