Article 4 - Disincorporation of Municipality
Section 3-4-5 - Disposition of records after disincorporation; pending business.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 3-4-5 (2021)
All public records and the corporate seal of the disincorporated municipality shall be deposited with the county clerk.
