Article 7 - Adult Protective Services
Section 27-7-28 - Legal proceedings; filing.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 27-7-28 (2021)
For all legal proceedings called for in the Adult Protective Services Act, attorneys for the department or the district attorney's office shall file all proceedings on behalf of the petitioner.
