ANNOTATIONS
Repeals. — Laws 2002, ch. 4, § 22 repealed 17-2-20.2 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1979, ch. 321, § 2, relating to standards and procedures for the forfeiture of property subject to forfeiture and disposal under 17-2-20.1 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 2002.
