Article 14 - Uniform Law on Notarial Acts
Section 14-14-10 - Uniformity of application and construction. (Repealed effective January 1, 2022.)

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 14-14-10 (2021)

The Uniform Law on Notarial Acts shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to its subject among states enacting it.

Delayed repeals. — Laws 2021, ch. 21, § 36 repeals 14-14-10 NMSA 1978, effective January 1, 2022.
