ANNOTATIONS

Repeals. — Laws 2011, ch. 137, § 110 repealed 1-8-52.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2007, ch. 25, § 1, relating to independent candidates for general elections and who may become a candidate for nomination, effective July 1, 2011.
