ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 2015, ch. 145, § 101 repealed 1-6-4.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1987, ch. 327, § 9, relating to federal and state write-in absentee ballot for overseas voters in general elections for state or federal offices, effective July 1, 2015.
