Universal Citation: NM Stat § 9-5B-11 (2020)
At least forty-five days prior to each legislative session, the commission shall submit a report concerning its activities, the projects implemented and any recommendations to the governor and the legislature.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 1992, ch. 91 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 20, 1992, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
