Section 9-2A-3 - Definitions.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 9-2A-3 (2020)
As used in the Children, Youth and Families Department Act:
A. "department" means the children, youth and families department; and
B. "secretary" means the secretary of children, youth and families.
