Article 24 - Public Education Department and Commission
Section 9-24-3 - Definitions.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 9-24-3 (2020)
As used in the Public Education Department Act:
A. "commission" means the public education commission;
B. "department" means the public education department; and
C. "secretary" means the secretary of public education.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2004, ch. 27 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 19, 2004, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
