Section 76-3-4 - [Clerk to record lien; fee.]
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 76-3-4 (2020)
The clerk must record the claim of lien in the book kept by him for the recording of liens generally, and his fee for recording same shall be included in and be a part of the said lien.
