Section 73-18-36 - Compensation of directors.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 73-18-36 (2020)
Each director shall receive compensation payable out of the funds of the district in an amount to be determined by the board of directors of the district; provided that no director may receive an increase in compensation during the term for which that director was elected.

ANNOTATIONSThe 2011 amendment, effective June 17, 2011, authorized the board of directors to determine the compensation of directors and prohibited directors from increasing their compensation during their term of office.
