Section 73-16-9 - Bonds, investment of state funds.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 73-16-9 (2020)
All bonds issued by any district pursuant to this act shall be considered as such interest-bearing securities as the permanent funds of the state of New Mexico may be invested in as provided by law.
