Section 61-14E-1 - Short title.

Chapter 61, Article 14E NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Health and Safety Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, changed the reference of the act to the Chapter and Article of NMSA 1978 and changed the name of the act from "Medical Radiation Health and Safety Act" to "Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Health and Safety Act".
