Section 60-14-18 - Committee or division; powers of injunctions; mandamus.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 60-14-18 (2020)
The division or committee may enforce the provisions of the Manufactured Housing Act by injunction, mandamus or any proper legal proceeding in the district court of the county in which the offense was committed.
