Section 6-25-1 - Short title.

Chapter 6, Article 25 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Statewide Economic Development Finance Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2005 amendment, effective April 4, 2005, substituted "Chapter 6, Article 25 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 16 of this act".
