Article 52 - State Fire Marshal
Section 59A-52-13 - Transmittal of evidence indicating criminal acts. (Effective July 1, 2021.)

Universal Citation: NM Stat § 59A-52-13 (2020)

The state fire marshal shall furnish to the proper law enforcement officers any evidence that the marshal may discover in the marshal's investigations that indicates criminal acts.

ANNOTATIONS

The 2020 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, after the first occurrence of "The", added "state fire" preceding "marshal".
