Article 12D - Reinsurance Intermediaries
Section 59A-12D-12 - Effective date.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 59A-12D-12 (2020)
No insurer or reinsurer may continue to utilize the services of a reinsurance intermediary on or after July 1, 1993, unless utilization is in compliance with the Reinsurance Intermediary Law.
