Section 53-7A-1 - Short title.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 53-7A-1 (2020)
This act [53-7A-1 through 53-7A-6] may be cited as the "Economic Development Corporation Act".

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2003, ch. 183 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 20, 2003, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
