Article 41 - County Sheriff
Section 4-41-22 - [Other fees.]
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 4-41-22 (2020)
For all other services and expenses, except those mentioned in this article, the sheriff shall receive the fees and compensation fixed by law for such services and expenses.

ANNOTATIONSCompiler's notes. — The words "this article" were substituted for the words "this act" by the 1915 compilers and refer to art. 37 of ch. 24 of the 1915 Code. The words "this act" would refer to Laws 1895, ch. 35, which is compiled herein as this section, 4-41-15 to 4-41-18 and 4-41-21 NMSA 1978.
