Section 4-41-10.1 - [Right to carry concealed arms.]
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 4-41-10.1 (2020)
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, only fully certified sheriffs and full-time certified deputy sheriffs shall be allowed to carry concealed arms.
