Sections 31-1-1 through 31-3-9 NMSA 1978 may be referred to as the "Criminal Procedure Act".

ANNOTATIONSRepeals and reenactments. — Laws 1972, ch. 71, § 4, repealed 41-1-1, 1953 Comp., relating to complaints, examination of complainants and witnesses, warrants and enacted a new 31-1-1 NMSA 1978.
