Section 30-47-10 - Regulatory authority.

The department shall issue rules and regulations as necessary to implement the reporting provisions of the Resident Abuse and Neglect Act.

ANNOTATIONSSeverability. — Laws 1990, ch. 55, § 11 provides for the severability of the Resident Abuse and Neglect Act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
