Section 22-10C-2 - Definition.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 22-10C-2 (2020)
As used in the National Board Certification Scholarship Act, "school principal" includes a charter school head administrator.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2020, ch. 26 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 20, 2020, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
