Section 21-8-32 - Institute not conducted for gain.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 21-8-32 (2020)
The building materials research and testing institute shall not be conducted for the private or personal gain of anyone connected with it, or for the sole benefit of any individual, firm or corporation.
