Section 10-7C-1 - Short title.

Sections 1 through 16 [10-7C-1 to 10-7C-16 NMSA 1978] of this act may be cited as the "Retiree Health Care Act".

ANNOTATIONSCompiler's notes. — The Retiree Health Care Act was enacted by Laws 1990, ch. 6, §§ 1 to 16 and codified as 10-7C-1 to 10-7C-16 NMSA 1978. Laws 2002, ch. 75, §§ 2 to 4 and Laws 2002, ch. 80, §§ 2 to 4 enacted identical sections which were codified as 10-7C-17, 10-7C-18 and 10-7C-19 NMSA 1978. These sections were enacted as part of the Retiree Health Care Act.
