Section 10-16D-5 - Protection of confidential information.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 10-16D-5 (2020)
Nothing in the Sunshine Portal Transparency Act shall require disclosure of information that is confidential by state or federal law.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2010, ch. 34 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective May 19, 2010, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
