Section 1-8-11 - Primary Election Law; time of holding primary.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 1-8-11 (2020)
A primary election shall be held in each county in this state on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in June of each even-numbered year.

ANNOTATIONSThe 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, required a primary election to be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in June in even-numbered years.
