Section 1-3-9 - Precincts; exclusions.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 1-3-9 (2020)
As used in Chapter 1, Article 3 NMSA 1978, "precinct" shall not include absent voter precinct.

ANNOTATIONSThe 1991 (1st S.S.) amendment, effective October 4, 1991, substituted "Chapter 1, Article 3 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1-3-1 through 1-3-8 NMSA 1978".
