Article 8 - Human Services Department
Section 9-8-2 - Definitions.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 9-8-2 (2019)
As used in the Human Services Department Act:
A. "department" means the human services department created under the Human Services Department Act; and
B. "secretary" means the secretary of the department.
