Section 77-9A-3 - Rest stations; rules.

The board may prescribe rules covering the operation of rest stations for cattle or sheep in transit by truck.

ANNOTATIONSThe 1999 amendment, effective July 1, 1999, recompiled this section which was formerly 77-9-60 NMSA 1978, substituted the present section heading for "Regulations", and inserted "or sheep" following "cattle" in the section text.
The 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, added the current catchline and deleted "cattle sanitary" preceding "board".
