Section 7-9I-1 - Short title.

Chapter 7, Article 9I NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Affordable Housing Tax Credit Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2010 amendment, effective July 1, 2010, deleted "Sections 17 though 22 of this act" and added "Chapter 7, Article 9I NMSA 1978".
