Section 7-8A-30 - Short title.

Chapter 7, Article 8A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Uniform Unclaimed Property Act (1995)".

ANNOTATIONSThe 2006 amendment, effective July 1, 2006, provided that the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act includes sections compiled within Chapter 7, Article 8A NMSA 1978.
