Section 7-5A-5 - Relationship to state law.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 7-5A-5 (2019)
A provision of the agreement does not invalidate or amend any provision of state law. Implementation of a condition of the agreement shall be adopted by the legislature.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2005, ch. 225 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 17, 2005, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
