Section 7-29A-1 - Short title.

Chapter 7, Article 29A NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Enhanced Oil Recovery Act".

ANNOTATIONSThe 1993 amendment, effective June 18, 1993, substituted "Chapter 7, Article 29A NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 5 of this act".
