ANNOTATIONS

Recompilation. — Laws 2007, ch. 115 substantially revised the former "Private Investigators and Polygraphers Act". The act was renamed as the "Private Investigations Act". To permit future new sections to be inserted in between existing sections of the act, Article 27A of Chapter 61 of the NMSA 1978 has been recompiled by the compiler as a new Article 27B of Chapter 61 NMSA 1978. Former § 61-27A-9 NMSA 1978 was recompiled as § 61-27B-22 NMSA 1978.
