Article 30 - Colonias Infrastructure
Section 6-30-6 - Authority; duties.
Universal Citation: NM Stat § 6-30-6 (2019)
The authority shall:
A. provide staff support to the board;
B. administer the project fund;
C. at the direction of the board, process, review and evaluate applications for financial assistance from qualified entities; and
D. at the direction of the board, administer qualified projects that receive financial assistance.

ANNOTATIONSEffective dates. — Laws 2010, ch. 10, § 11 made the Colonias Infrastructure Act effective July 1, 2011.
